Refund Policy

I want my clients to be happy with the services they receive. These rules describe the procedure for refunds and order cancellations.

1. Refunds for photoshoots

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled photoshoot, the prepayment is non-refundable, but the photoshoot can be rescheduled to another date by agreement between the parties.
• If the photoshoot did not take place through my fault, the prepayment is refunded in full, or the photoshoot can be rescheduled to another date.

 2. Refunds for online courses

• Since access to the materials is provided immediately after payment, funds for access that has already been provided are non-refundable.
• If a technical error occurred and you did not receive access to the course, please contact us within 3 business days and we will resolve the problem by:

• granting access again, or
• refunding the amount paid, if access cannot be provided.

3. Refunds for consultations

• A consultation can be rescheduled to another time provided that you give at least 24 hours' notice.
• If the client does not show up without warning, the payment is non-refundable.
• If the consultation was canceled through my fault, a full refund is guaranteed.

4. Refund procedure

• The refund is made using the same method by which the payment was made.
• The refund period is up to 10 business days from the confirmation of the refund request.

Payment Options

• Orders are placed through the website or by direct contact (phone, e-mail, messengers).
• Available payment methods:

1. Bank card via WayForPay.
2. Bank transfer.
3. Other methods by agreement.

Delivery and Provision of Services

• Photoshoots are provided in Alicante, Torrevieja, Benidorm, Valencia, Kyiv, Uzhhorod and surrounding areas by prior arrangement. The finished material is delivered through an online gallery and stored for one year.
• Online courses are provided as electronic access sent to the e-mail address given at registration.
• Consultations are held online (Zoom, Google Meet) or, by agreement, in person.

Liability

• I am not responsible for technical problems related to Internet access or third-party services.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
